Who we are
SparkTac (SparkTac Solutions), Ahmedabad, India, decides why and how your details are used, which makes us the data fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act). Write to contact@sparktac.in with any question.
What we collect, and why
When you submit the “Claim your founding slot” form we collect:
- Your name, WhatsApp number, email, company name and city: to contact you about the offer, send you a first WhatsApp message, and set up the service if you go ahead.
- Whether you have a paid IndiaMART plan and your monthly enquiry range: to check you fit the offer.
- Your consent to be contacted on WhatsApp and email about this offer.
- Campaign details from the link you arrived through (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and Facebook’s fbclid), and your browser’s user agent: to learn which ads and messages bring sign-ups, and to spot abuse.
To limit abuse we count sign-ups per network address. We store only a scrambled (hashed) form of the address, and those counters delete themselves within hours.
Advertising measurement
This page uses the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you submit the form, Meta receives a “Lead” event. Your email and phone number are sent only in hashed (SHA-256) form, together with your IP address and browser details. We also use Google Analytics to see how the page is used. These tools may set cookies on your device.
One sign-up per device
To stop duplicate and abusive sign-ups, we allow one submission per device every 24 hours. After you sign up, this page saves the time in a cookie (st_lead_at) and in your browser’s local storage for 24 hours. Neither holds any personal details.
Who else handles your details
- Google Firebase (Firestore): where the sign-up is stored.
- Vercel: hosts this website.
- Our automation server (n8n): receives each sign-up to send your first WhatsApp message.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform, Pixel and Conversions API) and Google (Analytics): as described above.
We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up details for 12 months after we last receive them from you, then delete them. If you become a customer, details we hold to run your service are kept for as long as you use it, and the leads we log for you belong to you.
Your choices and rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, withdraw your consent, have them deleted, or raise a grievance. You can also reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us.
How to request deletion
Email contact@sparktac.in from the address you signed up with, or tell us the WhatsApp number you used, and ask us to delete your details. We will confirm by email once it is done.
