Will my customers know the reply is automated?
Each reply is written for that request and sent from your business. By default it says it’s a quick first response and that you’ll follow up personally. Customers care that someone answered.
What does it work with?
Most website forms that send you an email notification or support webhooks, plus Gmail or Outlook. I check your setup before the pilot starts and tell you if anything won’t work.
What if it says something wrong?
It only uses information you approve: services, hours and service area. It never quotes prices or promises arrival times unless you tell it to.
Who sees my customers’ data?
Only the systems needed to run it. Leads are stored in your own Google Sheet. Details are in the privacy policy.
